1999 Collegiate Newspaper Contest winners

These awards are given in 18 categories, each in three divisions. Divisions are defined as follows:

  1. Four-year college; daily newspaper
  2. Four-year college; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly newspaper
  3. Two-year college; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly newspaper
In the winner list that follows, "HM" stands for "Honorable Mention", and in each category and division, "1st" is a link to an image of the first-prize entry. Congratulations to all the winners, and we thank them for participating.
